I have seen my GP and he said I have to do a stool sample. Could this be hemorrhoids or food poisoning? I was in allot of pain and constipation, and have been taking Bucopan for the relief of IBS for the spasms. I am 30 years old and have never had this before.
It’s not HIV I do not do drugs or needles and anything else like anal sex. So imposable for it to be HIV LOL
And I only bleed twice.

I want a CURE, not a relief. I want something that will permenantly cure hemorrhoids that doesn’t involve surgery. I’ve already ried Preparation H, various creams, and stuff like that.
By the way, I already eat 25 grams of fiber a day at least, drink plenty of water, and solved my constipation problems, so I already know how to keep it away once it’s gone.
It is an external hemorrhoid.

I am 22 years old, and i am dealing with hemmorrhoids which have been bothering me for the past year. I have read about a floor kneeling position that is supposed to take the pressure off of the veins and bring some relief. I also know that you need to exercise more when you have this condition. My question is, when your not exercising and am just in general "sitting around" is it better to lay on your side and not sit directly on your butt? Is more bed rest better? What position will bring the most relief?

Simply wondering if one should take a cold/colder or a warm/warmer sitz bath to relieve hemorrhoids? What else can be done to get rid of them? It’s an external hemorrhoid as far as I can tell so and I’ve had it for just over a week. It started with a small amount of pain but, now it’s not a nuisance (no pain) at all, just very unsightly…at least in terms of how sightly an anus can be. Any suggestion on what I can do to get rid of it would be wonderful! Thanks,

I have gotten my first one, it is pretty sore and annoying. I have researched quite a bit about them but would appreciate some relief strategies from others who have them. I am not constipated, i eat plenty of fiber but i have frequent bowel movements everyday, sometimes 3 a day.From what I have researched, this is the issue causing them. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I have had hemorrhoids for about 3 years off and on. I have used over the counter meds. My doctor has perscribed supporsitories and onintment when the over the counter no longer worked. My doctor thinks surgery is not needed at this time. Besides fiber and water which I know are importatnt is there are there any natural meds or any other treatments worth trying that won’t be a waste of money. I’ve had itching for quite a while now and not only do I have itching in the areas listed above, but it sometimes on my knees and it ITCHES LIKE HELL!!! I’ve tried Vaseline lotion, and baby powder. Doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve also tried Hydrocortisone Cream 1% with aloe and Hemorrhoids Relief. It could be me or I need to wait a little while. I’ve had itching for about a week and a half. This may sound disgusting but I have hair in my anus, could that be the problem too? If so, is it possible to shave it or something?
