is it the chaffing that causes the bleeding? just a tip for anyone trying to cope with this affliction. try baby powder. worked wonders for me because is took care of the moisture and chaffing. worked WAY better than over-the-counter creams which just added to the moisture problem.

Watching the vid made me feel better knowing its not very serious.I’ve a terrible habit of reading while doing business.

Its not explicitly clear that speding too much time in toilet can cause Hmrd but found a website which mentioned it in the list of causes.

My remedy: I use Savlon to wipe on my external Hmrd and it make it less irritable and painful.I quite like the baby powder idea as well. I might try that.

lol can you get hemhroids at age 11?…

I’ve had internal hemorrhoids for 1 1/2 years. They just won’t go away! What can I do? They gave me a flexible sigmoidoscopy and everything looked ok. I eat TONS of fiber, drink so much water that I pee every hou and I still don’t have a bowel movement without straining. I’m pretty sure that is contributing to the hemorrhoids. Any advice?

i am 22 years old man. i have got hemorrhoids for last 2 year. at first it began from constipation and now it’s very complicated,( i have now pain and external bleeding even not constipation) some one suggested me to surgery but i am so afraid to do so. i need remove this problem by other treatment, please help me what is the best way?

you do not eat only fiber but you should eat watery fruits too. make sure you take stool softeners especially if you take medication for pain. take proabonics to rid yourself of yeast which hinders your digestive system with toxins. take aloe vera for good digestion or activia in a yogurt. benafiber is good to take daily to get regular and eating oatmeal helps too. banannas are good for potassium but drink that water is a must. cushion your seating to take strain off of bottom

also for me I must loose weight I have lots of disabilities and the meds I am on puts weight on but it is a must to loose weight. I suffer also from lots of gas and a natural cure is in coconut oil even eating coconut helps the stomach and ultimately your digestive system. Do a google or yahoo on coconut oil it really is a must.
