Foil Baked Salmon
www.FoodPhysician.com This is a wonderful healthy eating tip cooking salmon fillets or salmon steaks by being baked in a parcel of aluminum foil. This foil baked salmon method is often called “En papillote”. Not only does it preserve all the moisture and wonderful flavor of the wild red Alaskan salmon, but it also ensures you get the full compliment of the omege 3 oils and other minerals, such as selenium and phosphorus.

“And we’re going to be a bit naughty.”
Oh boy.
I’ve done this dish. Except I like to squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon in addition to garlic salt before placing it in the oven. Yum!
no crispy skin though-I would fry the skin side first, then steam it in this way
can i do this to a steak a salmon steak?
That’s silly. If you fry the fish and then steam it, any crispiness will get soggy from the water vapor.
Perhaps steam it first…and then fry it.
looks kind of raw but that is how many of other caucasions usually like their food. but thx for the tip.
