surgery isn’t necessarily the answer. Sometimes hemorrhoids grow back. See if your doctor can prescribe something.
Drink lots of water, and walk…the water and exercise keeps everything moving so you won’t stop up, which causes straining, making hemorrhoids worse, warm tub baths and avoiding sitting on hard surfaces helps too. I have heard that it you take lubricant and stick the outies in again they can grow back, but I don’t know how true that is, and I’ve never had surgery.
surgery is horrible… extremely painful.. eat less spicy foods.. drink lots of water to loosen stools.. soak in a hot bath .. or sitz bath.. get suppositorys from your dr.
