Have you ever pushed a hemorrhoid back up where it belongs??

It sounded kinda gross when I heard about it, but I haven’t been able to get rid of my hemorrhoids and with a newborn baby they are really slowing me down. My friend said to push them back in– her doctor told her to do it and it worked, and it’s worked for a number of her friends. So…I tried it, and it seems like (sorry for TMI) the ‘roids are too far away from the anal hole to be pushed back in. Should I push harder? Or leave it be? I know a lot of you will refer me to my GP, but I just moved here and don’t have one yet…I know they aren’t bad enough for surgery and they aren’t bleeding…just really uncomfortable and often throbbing. If any of you have experience where you can give me as much detailed instruction as possible, I’m dying for relief!!

if they are external get to a chemist and get some anusol hc suppositories they will help them to shrink down and they will sort of go back inside i had this problem many times so i know what a pain in the butt they can be (forgive the pun)
u dont need a prescription for the suppositories . warm bath can help 2 plenty of fibre and water in ur diet will help prevent them from recurring too often good luck.

Although this sometimes works it has risks too, mainly rupturing the hemorrhoid. Have you tried any of the over the counter medications yet? Anything with which hazel works well to reduce the swelling and pain. TUCKS is the brand that is most frequently ordered. Also try sitting in some cool water.

Actually, hemorrhoids are diet related. You should start taking a supplement of fiber, that in most cases rids of hemorrhoids or elevates them to the point they dont bother one. The fiber supplement will soften your bowl and it will be more slipery and more easily ejected with much less strain on the muscles down there.

Try treating it with a hot washcloth, not too hot but hot as you can stand, pushing it up and applying the heat and pressure. Do that several times a day until your rid of it. Follow that with PrepH bought over the counter at drug store after each heat application. That PrepH has an anti inflamatory in it and the swelling will go down.
