Some (but not all) hemorrhoid can go away by themselves but it will take longer.
I actually just started a treatment. I doubt that the same brand will exist where you live cus I’m out of the US but I would suggest you ask your doctor the prescribe you a cream. It’s supposed to work in ten days (and it seems to me like it does…).

I am suffering myself. Consistent use of medicated creams during the early stages of a hemorrhoid flare-up will provide relief and may stave off further development and irritation but its not a cure. Reduce pressure on your butt. Sitting just makes mine worse. Drinking chamomile tea several times a day is supposed to help. Also applying topical application of natural astringents and soothing agents, such as Witch hazel (astringent), cranesbill, aloe vera, and honey is supposed to help but I haven’t tried any of those. Mine have always gone away when I simply cleans the area with soap after ever trip to the bathroom and by keeping pressure of my butt.
