Buttermilk – Taking butter mixed with ground caraway seeds and salt is also very useful in hemorrhoids. Rock salt is considered more effective than common salt. This should be taken at the end of the meal. In fact, t is ascertained, that piles treated with buttermilk do not even reappear. In case of bleeding piles, mix a teaspoon of grounded and roasted cumin seeds instead of caraway seeds. Take this mixture of rock salt, cumin seeds in a glass of buttermilk at least four times in a day to see fantastic results.

Anyone who does a lot of sitting needs to do some standing as well. If you are tied to your desk most of the time, take at least a 5-minute walk every hour or so. This will ease the rectal pressure that leads to hemorrhoids.

Avoid prolonged sitting in the toilet and also don’t scratch the affected area at all. This will aggravate the problem. Also, reply to nature’s call at the earliest.

A warm water dip of your bottom in a tub will help you a lot in relieving the pain and increasing the blood flow to the affected area.

Holistic and natural hemorrhoids treatments are quite effective in easing discomfort. Treatment of hemorrhoids includes herbal and homeopathic remedies which contain natural ingredients and are gentle to use without the risk of dependence.

Herbs such as Aloe ferox act as a natural stool softener and are a gentle remedy for constipation, which is what causes hemorrhoids quite often. Aloe is also widely recommended for inflammatory digestive disorders. Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion) contains bitter principles which have a beneficial effect on the liver and digestive system. In addition, Passiflora incarnata is one of nature’s most well-regarded carminitives, and helps to provide hemorrhoids relief and ease muscle tension in the bowel.

There are also many herbs well known for their beneficial effect on circulation, including Ginkgo biloba, Cratageous oxycanthus, and Gotu cola, while herbal creams can assist with the itching, inflammation, and hemorrhoids relief. Always remember to obtain your natural medicines from a reputable company to ensure maximum safety and efficacy.

you could try the following tips:

Avoid eating oily stuff and junk food. instead try to eat vegetables and fresh fruits.

Drink water will help you cure hemorrhoid pain. so i suggest you drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day.

Try to do any exercise for example take a long walk everyday and stretch your body so that you will not put much pressure on the bottom area.

Good luck

Hi again Amber,

Lots of home remedies to get by apart from what you mentioned:
-over the counter painkillers, but none that cause bleeding (no Aspirin nor Isobrufen)
-sit in a bath with water or get a "sitz bath" to put over your toilet
-sleep a lot (good excuse to do nothing!), try sleeping on your belly
-wear loose cotton clothing to make sure no moisture builds up.
