If creams and suppositories don’t cure it, the doctor may have to tie it off with a rubber band.

I have 3 of them. I was in and out of hospital when I was a child with bad constipation.
My have only popped out twice, during labour, and whist pregnant with my other child. It generally pops back in within a couple of days.
While this may be painful, you can relax in a bath, and push it back it. It will hurt like hell, but as soon as its in, the pain will instantly go.
To relieve pain until then though, there are numbing creams you can buy at all chemists, or for a quick easy solution. freeze water in a condom and place bear the problem. That helped alot after I gave birth.
