eating alot of fiber will increasae the flow fo your stool, yes. but thats the point. you wont get constipated, less pressure, less hemorrhoids.

in the future, i suggest you talk to a doctor about this type of thing before going to youtube and telling the world about it. your local doctor will be able to give you better and more personalized help than a youtube video or viewer comments

@Terrybob123 Lol i was given a steroid cream by my doctor lol!, it did shrink them but the same time it inflamed them and caused them to bleed due to constant rubbing with the cream (Im not used to rubbing my butt hole with cream, you see loooooooool) and then after I had got over the painful randomness of hemorrhoids I then got a massive sized cyst the size of a half cut tennis ball right between my butt cheecks……..BLOODY PAINFUL!, It burst on its own due to the sheer size of it
