Great tropic, being that I got a hemorrhoid from constipation and aggravated it by excercising the next day.
I would like to know where the threashold would be (pertaining to staining)before a hemorrhoid re-appears?

nice advise or tips not only for hemmorhoids i guess, if you got a back pain or surgery, this applies there as well, very informative video indeed
Can Push ups,sit ups,crunch,leg lifts, or any type of ab exercise have any type of effect on my hemorrhoids ? I am only doing body weight exercises and not lifting no weights at all. Can this have any effect on my external hemorrhoids ?

thank you for the advice! there is no cure for a lot of disease in this world no matter how smart we get. the only cure is God, just pray and drink holly water you will be ok. Blieve that Jesus is the lord and a saver those two things will make you well in your life and makes you cure from your disease. Praise to God!!
