if anyone has this do what i did just put nivea or nivia in the area and then go take a nap but put a cushion on your bottom so you dont feel the pain then when you wake up try getting up and walking around if it still burns then keep it on if it dosent then go to the restroom and wipe of the cream gently so it dosent hurt

I thought that hit only makes hemorrhoids bigger… more pain… what u have to do is same shit but without any salt and cold water, just sit for 10 min… should be enough… it wont cure it, but will decrease the size of it… so it will hurt less.

i think that would only be because cold reduces swelling, which is basically what hemorrhoids are

if its causing you such significant pain, then it might be an open sore. and would putting salt water into something open be bad?

Can Push ups,sit ups,crunch,leg lifts, or any type of ab exercise have any type of effect on my hemorrhoids ? I am only doing body weight exercises and not lifting no weights at all. Can this have any effect on my external hemorrhoids ?

I just did this Sitz Bath and it does make the hemmorhoids feel more “relaxed” after the first try .I can imagine the swelling going away if I do this bath in a daily basis. Thanks for the tips!

Ya they are really terrible… every time u get hemorrhoid just do the sitz bath and wear lots of cushion for ur bum, those 2 techniques really work. First time I had roids and I didn’t do anything to ease it and it lasted for 2 months. Second time I got it I used these techniques and they lasted for only a week. But it is still always there but doesn’t bother me at all.
