How to deal with SEVERE hemorrhoids?

I am 24. I have chronic constipation/enlarged stool. I have tried EVERYTHING from OTC stool softeners to a high fiber high water diet to Flax meal (the flax gave the most relief as I simply had watery stools for a week). I always dab a bit of witch hazel on the area after a bowel movement as that is the main ingredient in Tucks and other otc products. I have had these problems for as long as I can remember but after my 2 y/o daughter was born it’s become much MUCH worse. I fear going to the bathroom. My stool is far too large to come out without a great deal of pushing which results in a scream of pain and a ripped rectum. I often fill the toilet with blood and continue to find blood on the toilet paper after several hours. I have no health insurance so is there really ANYTHING they can do if I go to the emergency room? Any tips? I’m so young to have such severe stage 4 hemorrhoids that most of my friends just laugh or think I’m gross. I don’t know what to do anymore. My mother has I.B.S. but she always has diarrhea, is this simply the same hereditary condition manifesting in a different way? Am I just screwed?

I recommend a handful of RAW, unprocessed, non-pasteurized, unsalted almonds (minimum of 3) every single day & chewed completely. This was recommended by Edgar Cayce. I buy them directly from the growers off ebay – commercially sold raw almonds are pasteurized & cannot be sprouted.

I would highly suggest a low carb way of eating for optimal health but especially if you have family history of IBS with daily sugar free yogurt (with active cultures) as well as ground flax seed, chia seed & sunflower seeds.
