Safe to pop thrombosed hemorrhoid?
If I couldn’t afford a doctor due to no insurance, is it safe to pop a thrombosed hemorrhoid so I can get back to work? It seems like that would give instant relief.

thrombosed hemorrhoids is more severe than plain internal hemorrhoids. When it’s at this stage, you should go see a doctor before doing anything to it yourself.
Don’t do it. I just came from the emergency room for this very thing. The doc numbs the area first, then lances it. If you try it yourself you’ll probably pass out from the pain.
