ok i am not pregnant, not possible cause i am in a gay relationship. No anal sex.
i am having contactions it start in the lower back and raps around to the pelvic area, i also have a lot of anal pressure (no hemorrhoids and iam going pop just fine). Some times they get so intense i curl up into a ball and cry until it passes, i am no where near my period so i know its not cramps. I have been to the dr on this 2x and they just diagnose me with Interstitial cystitis i go through the treatments and still with no relief after. I have receive a pidural block which worked great, but the dr could still not diagnosis me. They tell me my parts inside swell up so bad that they start contracting cause they have no where to go.
i am lost and confused and done with this any one out there have any advice

Since I had my kids I have been plagued with bouts of hemorrhoids. I have awful bathroom habits, eating habits and I really don’t take good care of my rectum. Its bad, and I am now in the process of paying closer attention to what goes on down there since I know I have family History of colon cancer,polyps diverticulits and the like. With that said…I have a nasty bout of hemmorhoids right now. They are definitly thrombosed (clotted). I have had them now for about a week, the clotts have been there probably 3 or 4 days. I used a whole pack of PH supositories with no relief. I have had to have the clots removed once before surgically. Is there a way for the clots to go away naturally? I’ve done warmth, cold for swelling…brings the swelling down but the pea size clots remain. Do I have to go to the drs or will they go away on their own?? Only reason I ask is because my boss gives me hell everytime I need a day off due to health issues and I just hate to have to ask her again…

if you had piles which is stuck out and hurt when you move your bowels have got any treatment?
Have anyone tried anyone of this below:
1) Various creams – help reduce the pain, swelling and itching.

I have acute IBS and the treatment with this gastroenterologist were not going anywhere. So i went to another gastroenterologist, who put me on a new medication. I had appointment with this gastroenterologist today and he got mad at me why i went to the other gastro-enterologist. He then said, "i will not treat you now. Don’t even bother anymore to come here"
Basically thats all he did and he will bill my health insurance company several 100’s of dollar for this "scolding only". Is this fair? As a patient why can’t I see another gastro-enterologist for relief or get second opinion? Is that not my right?
This gastroenterologist was so pissed at me, he was like fuming. Why should he get his money today? Please tell me. I went to him for hemorrhoids and he REFUSED to treat me because "you dared to go to another gastroenterologist". Is this fair?
To whom can i complain of such conduct? He plainly refused to treat me. Is this even legal?

asalaam alaikum everyone.♥
so i have hemorrhoids and i bought the preparation H cream for it. i bought the regular one because mine isnt severe. its only mild. but after i bought it i checked the ingredients and it said that there was 3% shark liver oil (to protect the damaged tissue).
i dont know what to do now. im hesitant about this because i dont know of any other product that doesnt require a prescription that will help.
i checked online just now and there is one without the shark liver oil but its for extreme relief and i dont want to use that for a problem that isnt extreme, ya know? like it could be TOO strong.
i dont know what to do. please help.

I know I have hemorrhoids so that may play a part. I may poop like once a week. I drink about 10 glasses of water a day and I am not a huge fruit and veggie fan. I know that is important to stay regular. I do have a juicer and could drink them if that would do the trick. I am extremely bloated and need some immediate relief! I called a doctors office (I do not have insurance) and they advised to take Miralax, which I have for three days and it did absolutely nothing. Please any advice for immediate relief as well as long term will be much appreciated.

i dont have blood or mucous discharge but after pooping, my butt itches, it sometimes burns and i feel pins and needle type of pain..after a bowel movement there is some leakage of feces, that is a symptom of hemorrhoid according to mayoclinic..i want to know if hemorrhoid can be cured without surgery? I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and constipation is really beginning to hurt. . . not to mention that the hemorrhoids are killing me as well. I’m just in an awkward way and I want relief. I’ve changed my diet. I’ve added fiber. This has been going on for about three weeks now. When I ask my OB about it she just keeps telling me to change my diet and she gave me cream for the hemorrhoids. I asked about stool softeners and she didn’t really say anything. Do you ladies know if its safe to take any and if so what’s the best kind to get?
Fiber in foods, not Metamucil because I can’t stomach that.

I’d say about a year ago, I had a bowl movement which resulted in my bowl being very large and hard, and bleeding. I figured that I just tore some tissue. It stopped for a while. It then started again. It would happen for a day or two, and then it just seemed to fix itself. Now this is constant. Blood in the toilet after every movement, with very little pain. When I’m not on the toilet, I have no pain what so ever, and I feel as though there’s nothing wrong with me. There’s not much blood. Just a drip or two every couple seconds which keeps the over all color of the water clear. (This is bright red blood which is a relief for me as I know that it is fresh, and it’s occurring somewhere near the exit, and not somewhere further up which could be internal bleeding) I’m thinking torn tissue that still hasn’t healed from about a year ago, or a small case of internal hemorrhoids. (Internal because there is no visible hemorrhoids) Thinking I should consult a doctor about this soon if it doesn’t quit.
Additionally, I don’t have constant urges to go, neither do I feel like vomiting or having pain in the anus when there are no bowl movements.
This has been occurring for about a month now. Thinking it would just heal itself like any other time, I did nothing about it… until now.

I have some symptoms of hemorrhoids but I’m not sure if that’s what it is. I hope to see a doctor tomorrow, but I need relief now. I know OTC creams/suppositories for yeast infections interfere with testing in the vaginal area and I want to make sure I won’t have that problem with hemorrhoid creams/suppositories.
