i dont have blood or mucous discharge but after pooping, my butt itches, it sometimes burns and i feel pins and needle type of pain..after a bowel movement there is some leakage of feces, that is a symptom of hemorrhoid according to mayoclinic..i want to know if hemorrhoid can be cured without surgery? If so, which medicine is the best? suppositories(spelling) and the creams just are not helping.Besides having them removed are there any other things I can try for external hemorrhoids. The Dr, already cut and removed bloodclots on Monday and swelling and pain are back.

Ok I’m really desperate. I asked this question in other sections. I went to all these sites online that say to lose weight if you want relief from hemorrhoids. I get that you need to exercise to help move your bowels but I still don’t understand how losing weight helps the hemmorrhoids? None of these sites explain that. I’m so confused and I already went to the doctor, and I’m just very desperate. Please help.
