what are some good food that will not cause constipation?
I and my daughter lately have had our share with constipation lately. She drinks a lot of milk and eats a lot of dairy products. I love sweets and deviled eggs. What is better for us to eat so we can stop the constipation issues? It is making us feel miserable and basically lately for a few days , i do not really want to eat and she strains to no end to relief herself and i think she is going to pull a hemorrhoid if she does not stop it .

Drink more water! Exercise and movement helps. Also try putting a heating pad or taking a warm bath- a warm compress on the abdomen can help with constipation!
