what could it be if your passing stools with blood?
I have seen my GP and he said I have to do a stool sample. Could this be hemorrhoids or food poisoning? I was in allot of pain and constipation, and have been taking Bucopan for the relief of IBS for the spasms. I am 30 years old and have never had this before.
It’s not HIV I do not do drugs or needles and anything else like anal sex. So imposable for it to be HIV LOL
And I only bleed twice.

hemroid
It’s most likely a hemorrhoid.
Food poisoning usually does not cause rectal bleeding.
Increase your fibre intake, 25 grams per day for women and 30 for men,
Some good sources of fibre are bran cereals, raspberries and leafy green vegetables.
Drink lots of water, keeping yourself hydrated is important when you are having bowel issues.
If you aren’t already I would take a stool softener (NOT a laxative), it will help your stools retain all the water you are drinking and make it easier to pass, thus irritating that hemorrhoid less.
This sounds like early onset HIV, it sometimes starts as a colon infection that can bleed a lot. You might want to get yourself tested.
there are several things that could cause this you need to go to doctor for proper testing.
You probably don’t go to the bathroom everyday so your poop gets harder while its inside of you also because you say you get constipated so try eating some cereal and it’ll help, get that good stuff cereal works its magic aaaaall the time
